- The program is specifically tailored for entrepreneurs in informal settlements such as Huruma, Kariobangi, Mathare, and Dandora in Nairobi.
- It focuses on small and micro-business owners, equipping them with entrepreneurial skills and leadership training.
- CASE currently runs training sessions in Huruma, where it engages 9 community leaders and 25 entrepreneurs in business and leadership development.

The programme plays a crucial role in CASE’s mission by creating self-sufficient business owners and local leaders who drive economic and social change in their communities.
It provides practical training in business management, bookkeeping, financial discipline, and leadership skills to help entrepreneurs navigate economic challenges and scale their businesses successfully.
